Allow programatically updating disabled panel fields#407

If a field is disabled it cannot be programatically updated.

This seems not useful. We disable fields for the panel user not for ourselves.

Programatically updating a disabled field allows us to very easily use any field to show information to the user (similar to pagesdisplay plugin)

Please allow us to programatically update a disabled field.

This works in Kirby 4
