Blocks field: show title+icon header for all previews

While custom blocks are shown as a bar with icon and title, built-in blocks are not. This may make it difficult to visually diferentiate the blocks and the boundaries between them.

I’d like an option to be able to show the icon+title of built-in blocks, right on top of the preview, as a header.
