Use Panel for public user registration

Today’s panel login/installation layouts have become very robust with team Kirby’s later addition of the password, password-reset, and code options.

Looking at client projects, the forums, discord etc., I think a final option to register new users on the panel/login page would make it bullet proof for nearly every use case imaginable.

It also makes sense in conjuction with today’s user blueprint “home” option to redirect users to a frontend page on login, making it even more versatile to handle user accounts without panel access.

The registration layout could almost be entirely created based on the layout of the existing panel installation view. Let me know if you would like visual suggestions! Best, O

I agree. I also think it would give a much cleaner user experience/appearance.
