Visual flag for not yet created page translations

Example: You have a german page in a multilingual project and only the content of the german version is created (e.g. default.de.txt)

Now you switch to English and the english version shows the content of default.de.txt until you save once, which helps a lot during translation.

But, it would be great to see default.en.txt is not yet created and Kirby just offers the default language version to start translation. This could be realized by reducing the opacity of the text or adding an individual icon or badge or anything else.
Once the file default.en.txt is created, no visualization ia needed anymore.

This would help a lot during initial translation of a project.
