Add loading spinner to "Move page" dialog

I just spent ages trying to figure out why no pages appeared in the list of the “Move page” dialogue; I assumed it was due to a blueprint issue, but I eventually discovered it was just being slow to load the list and was working fine! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Could a loading spinner be added to indicate that something is happening?
