Track owner of changes and show it in the changes dialog

The changes dialog should display, who made the changes. On websites with many editors who also work concurrently, it can get messy rather quickly.

One could display the author of the changes in the list item,
or have a separate dialog for my own changes?

When a page somebody else edited is unlocked again, and I make other changes to it, I would be the owner of all that pages changes.
